About Me

I am an independent consultant with over 20 years of experience in learning & development, organizational culture, and group facilitation.  I have spent the past two years establishing a training department at Harsch Investment Properties, a commercial real estate owner and manager of properties up and down the West coast.  Previously, I spent 14 years at Intel doing all aspects of training. And in my first career, I was a high school teacher of math and computer science. My passion is learning and I have been fortunate that my career has reflected this passion.
